HART DESIGN GFK1200 THROUGH DOVETAIL TEMPLATE SET - 12"

CNC machined from 1/4" thick aluminum, these templates for the Hart Design GFK1200 Dovetail Jig (or Porter-Cable #4112 Dovetail Machine) provide dependable accuracy and will stand up to years of hard use. They are much stiffer than plastic templates, so they will not flex and ruin projects.

The 12" Through Dovetail Template Set will do both 5/8" and 3/4"fixed through-dovetails in stock from 3/8" to 3/4" thick. Both sizes of dovetail require a 5/8" OD (#46535) and a 3/4" OD (#46537) template guide bushing to do both sizes of dovetails.

For 5/8" Dovetails Only - 5/8" Diameter x 7 Deg. Dovetail Bit (#RD7625), 3/8" Diameter Straight Bit (#R1022), a 5/8" OD (#46535) and a 3/4" OD (#46537) template guide bushing, and guide bushing lock nut (#37923).

For 3/4" Dovetails Only - 3/4" Diameter x 7 Deg. Dovetail Bit (#R22106 or RD7750), 1/4" Diameter Straight Bit (#R1016), a 5/8" OD (#46535) and a 3/4" OD (#46537) template guide bushing, and guide bushing lock nut (#37923).
