MICRO JIG SPLITTER - STANDARD KERF

A low cost jig that pays off big in safety & performance. Made from tough polycabonate, this original version of the MJ Splitter System will assist you in making safe, precise, virtually burn free cuts. It helps stop stock from binding, burning, and kicking back.

Installs in any zero clearance insert in under 30 minutes and, once installed, it can be removed and replaced in seconds.

Kit comes with 2 splitters. Each extends out from the center point of the pins to the left of the blade in several .003" increments

The offset generates a slight tension that makes the splitter act like a mini-feather board.

A perfect companion to the Grr-Ripper (#76803). For 90 degree cuts only. Cannot be used for tilted arbor cuts.
