Vibration in saws, jointers and other tools is annoying and it spoils accuracy.
The main villain is usually V-belts that have assumed a set shape.
The Power Twist belt is a chain of smooth running 1/2" wide links that never take a set, and go on/off with a twist.
We were amazed at the difference changing the belt made in vibration reduction and the smoothness of cuts.
Make the belt any length you need just by adding or removing links.
