HART DESIGN GFK 1800 DOVETAIL JIG - 18"

The Hart Design GFK1800 Dovetail Jig gives unbelievable versatility and quality for the money!

It has all the same great features as our GFK1200 (12") model, but with: more capacity; extra rigid tubular steel hold-down bars; and our Cam Lock Levers for fast clamping and removal of stock.

With the correct templates you can cut 1/4" & 1/2" half blind dovetails, 1/4" & 1/2" half blind rabbeted dovetails, 3/4" & 5/8" through dovetails, plus 1/4", 3/8" & 1/2" box joints.

Cuts joints in stock ranging from 7/16" to 1" thick. Edge guides align stock automatically for a perfect fit.

The solid aluminum template is CNC machined to .001" for absolute precision. USA

Basic 18" Jig (#30073K) - Comes with the 1/2" half blind dovetail template (also does 1/2" rabbeted half-blind dovetails) and instructions as standard. Optional templates, Porter Cable style guide bushings, and bit available separately.

1/2" Half-Blind & 1/2" Rabbeted Half-Blind Dovetails - 1/2" Diameter X 14 Deg. Dovetail Bit - 1/4" SH (RD1450), 5/8" OD Template guide Bushing (46535), and Guide Bushing Lock Nut (37923).
