1/4" BOX JOINT TEMPLATE - 12" JIG

Box joints are some of the prettiest, fastest, neatest joints you can make. CNC machined from 1/4” thick aluminum, this template for the Hart Design GFK1200 (12") dovetail jig provides dependable accuracy and will stand up to years of hard use.

It is much stiffer than plastic templates, so it will not flex and ruin projects.

The 1/4” Box Template will cut joints in stock up to 5/8” thick. Requires a 1/4" straight bit (R1016), 3/8" OD template guide bushing (37917), and guide bushing lock nut (37923). USA

NOTE: Due to the precise tolerances required for joint fit and bit clearance, only Hart Design brand Template Guide Bushings should be used with the box joint templates. Hart Design Brass Template Guide Bushings are CNC machined to exacting tolerances and make the ideal accessory for our jigs.
