The Caliper Base is a simple and practical magnetic device used to fix calipers easily to any flat, unpainted steel work surface for quick and accurate adjustments to shop machines.

It enables fast and precise measuring (to within .001”), using a fixed point.

Attached to a right angle surface it will accurately measure bit and blade heights.Greatly increases the capabilities of of your calipers in the shop.
