Whiteside 6003 1/2S, STILE & RAIL SET, BEAD

Make full size Stile & Rail joints on your router table. Switch from rail cutting to stile cutting by simply changing the bit. The interlocking design and the groove for accepting the raised panel are all cut in a single pass. Ball bearing guides automatically control cutting depth, and allow following rounded, arched, and other special door frame designs.

Sets R6001X and R6002X are made for the construction of stiles & rails for frames using undersized 1/4" plywood panels (actual thickness they will receive is 7/32" or 7.5mm).
