If it were only a dovetail marker it would be useful enough, but the maker has so precisely machined and assembled this unit that it can also be used as a small t-square.

Finely executed with a brass beam and black oxide coated steel body, it includes both traditional 1:6 and 1:8 dovetail layouts for softwoods and hardwoods. Mark dovetails in stock up to 1-3/16" thick.

Gauge measures 3" long x 2-1/4" wide. A unique tool that is certain to become a familiar and trusted helper. USA
