With a Hock Block Plane Blade, and some proper tune-up work, even low end block planes will perform like never before.
Made from high carbon tool steel and hardened to Rc62, they are honed more easily, can be brought to a finer edge, and hold their sharpness longer.
They are 3/32" thick (17% thicker than normal blades) to deaden chatter and give long blade life.
The #67884 is 1-3/8" wide by 4-1/4" long with a Narrow Slot (7/16") and fits older American Stanley and Record block planes. Instructions for flattening and sharpening included. USA & France
