Captive rings are one of the truly "neat tricks" in turning. You'll have the uninitiated wondering how you did it. Nice for adding a bit of whimsy or visual interest to pieces.

The 6' long blade is double beveled, making it possible to cut both the right and left hand sides of the ring with the same tool. Size refers to the bead diameter of the tool tip.

Blade is approx. 6-1/2" long. Tool is approx. 15" long over all. Stained beech handles. Instruction sheet included. England
