Mechanically, the T-7 is nearly identical to the T2006 in features and function. There are some improvements under the skin, but most of the changes are in what is included and how it’s packaged.

The biggest change is a complete redesign of the standard Square Edge Jig. The previous model had a width limit of 2-1/4” and could be challenging for users when trying to get narrow or oddly shaped chisels square. The in contrast to the old model, the SE-76 (#33009) can handle tools up to 3” wide and addresses the issues mentioned above.

Previously the Stone Grader and the Diamond Truing Tool were optional items. However, success in using the system demanded their inclusion so both now come with the T-7.
