These hand tools work just like a giant pencil sharpener to shave down dowels, spindles, or even square stock to the desired shape. Blades are removeable for re-sharpening or replacement. Hardwood bodies. Imported
(B) Rounding Tools - Used to cut round tenons, make dowels, or dimension stock for wood threading. Come as a set of three (1/2", 3/4" & 1"). Size refers to the finished size of the piece. Leaves a tapered shoulder on the unfinished portion of the stock.
(C) Balling Tools - Used to quickly chamfer or completely round over the ends of stock. Chamfering can simply take off sharp edges or ease assembly of parts. Complete rounding over is a nice finishing touch for tool handles, and furniture or toy parts. Set handles three stock diameters - 1/2", 3/4" & 1".
(D) Pointer Tool - Shave down stock to any point from a cone shape with a blunt tip down to a cone with a fine pencil point. Works on any size stock up to 1" in diameter. Nice for pegs, stakes, and other parts.
