L.S. Starrett of course! This top notch caliper has all the same useful features and measuring capabilities of a machinist's version, except that it shows fractional measurements instead of decimals. It eliminates wasted time and the potential for error resulting from conversion of decimals to fractions.
It is graduated in 1/64" increments on the outer yellow ring of the dial, includes decimal measurements in 100th increments on the inner white scale, has a 0-6" range, and reads 1" per revolution on the dial. Perfect for fast, precise measurements of O.D, I.D., thickness, depth, and distance. Hardened stainless steel bar, measuring surafces, rack, gears and depth rod.
