ONEWAY CURVED TOOLREST 1" GENERAL PURPOSE

To make a nice curve on a bowl, the curve needs to be cut in one smooth shot. On medium to large sized bowls, you need a curved tool rest to do this.

Oneway curved tool rests are gently curved to help bowl turning from green turning (wet) to final finish turning (dry). Manufactured from stainless steel so they will not rust.

The General Purpose Curved Tool Rest is used primarily to finish turn the inside of a bowl. The uniform curve assists in making the final cut perfect. Has the rest to one side of the post only. Blade length of the rest is 11-1/2".

Rest has a post diameter of 1", and a post length of 6". Can be used on lathes with a swing of 16", 20", or 24". Canada
