The Hart Design GFK1800 Dovetail Jig gives unbelievable versatility and quality for the money! It has all the same great features as our GFK1200 (12") model, but with: more capacity; extra rigid tubular steel hold-down bars; and our Cam Lock Levers for fast clamping and removal of stock. With the correct templates you can cut 1/4" & 1/2" half blind dovetails, 1/4" & 1/2" half blind rabbeted dovetails, 3/4" & 5/8" through dovetails, plus 1/4", 3/8" & 1/2" box joints. Cuts joints in stock ranging from 7/16" to 1" thick. Edge guides align stock automatically for a perfect fit.
The solid aluminum template is CNC machined to .001" for absolute precision. The 18" jig comes with the 1/2" half blind dovetail template (also does 1/2" rabbeted half-blind dovetails) and instructions as standard. Optional templates, Porter Cable style guide bushings, and bit available separately. Jig now includes our Set-Up Gauge (#51926 - a $9.99 value) FREE!
