You don't have to have much lumber around the shop to justify getting these heavy storage brackets and bars. They protect valuable lumber, provide easy access to stock, and free up precious shop space. 24" and 48" rack bars can be joined together to provide 6 feet of vertical storage space. Or arrange in the configuration you find most convenient.
How much will they hold? The biggest consideration is the strength of your wall. However, the brackets can handle up to 300 lbs at the tip, and 600 lbs. distributed evenly over the entire bracket.
