Honing Stone Kit - Tune up mortise chisel & bit sets, and Forstner bits to cut slicker - cleaner
These fine India type honing stones will sharpen both mortise & chisel sets and Forstner bits so they cut more easily and cleanly than ever before, and they'll last longer too. On Mortise & chisel sets the small tapered cone is used on 1/4" & 5/16" chisels and the large cone is 3/8" & 1/2" chisels.
The tapered stone will work with all sizes of matching auger bits. On Forstner bits, use the cones for the inside rims, and the wedge for the flat blade of the bit. Use with honing oil.
