Hassle-Free Returns
We are proud of every product we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full merchandise refund within one year of receipt. Power tools may be returned for a full merchandise refund within 90 days of receipt. Returns must include all original parts and packaging or a re-stocking fee may be assessed.
Please include a copy of the Packing Slip (or Download a Returns Form here), and write on it why you are making the return and what you would like us to do (exchange, replacement, or refund). Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of a manufacturer's defect, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

We stock over 12,000 different items in our Hartville, Ohio warehouse, however, should an item be out of stock as a result of unexpected high demand, we will work diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Due to the high cost of shipping we reserve the right to hold orders containing backordered items until we are able to ship the complete order. Should we choose to exercise this right we you will be notified and given the option to cancel the backordered item. Your account will not be charged until your order is shipped.
